Our Role

Tharsis AI may act as a Business Associate to healthcare providers, health systems, or other covered entities. When we do, we enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) that outlines our responsibilities for safeguarding PHI.

Our public website is not intended to collect or store PHI.
Please do not submit patient information through:

Email addresses listed on the site
Chat features
Uploaded files

If PHI is submitted accidentally, we will delete it upon discovery.

How We Protect PHI (When Acting as a Business Associate)

When contracted to handle PHI, we:

Use secure, encrypted systems
Limit access to authorized personnel
Follow administrative, technical, and physical safeguards
Report security incidents as required
Use PHI only as permitted by the BAA

If you are a patient of one of our clients, please contact your provider directly for:

Access to your medical records
Requests to amend or restrict PHI
Questions about how your provider uses or shares PHI
